Mesh belt kiln belongs to continuous kiln, with metal mesh belt as the transmission mode. The metal mesh belt is carried by rollers or pallets and is mainly used for drying and roasting catalysts and chemical powder materials. According to the heating method, it can be divided into two categories: gas heating belt kiln and electric heating belt kiln. Stainless steel materials of different materials are selected for the mesh belt according to the temperature. Due to the limitations of the metal material, the temperature used in the mesh belt kiln is generally less than 1000 ℃. The atmosphere can be adjusted according to the requirements.
